Shifting to hubby's new schedule is a drag...From 2nd shift to day shift...*yawn*

Reading a lot about body language for my psych classes and so was delighted when someone was asking about how to tell when folks are lying. As I cannot scan sections of my texts books, here's a few online sources that looked pretty good.

All bets are off for psychopaths and others with delusional syndromes...the fine line rests where they understand the falsehood (i.e. can they tell the difference between their delusions and the truth?)

Off to make more coffee and walk the dogs.

Which Fantasy/SciFi Character Are You?

A stern yet benevolent organizer who often knows best, your wits are keenly fixed on aiding efforts you deem worthy.

Now at this last we must take a hard road, a road unforseen. There lies our hope, if hope it be. To walk into peril to Mordor.

Elrond is a character in the Middle-Earth universe. TheOneRing.net has a short biography.

***Fits me perfectly, no irony intended***

We all know how I behave when I lose all faith in something or when the values of the group aren't similar to my own.

Was reading up on the new element chart (didn't you know?) and found this beauty:

William Ramsay, Scottish chemist and geek extraordinaire: "The noblest exercise of the mind within doors, and most befitting a person of quality, is study."

For info on the new chart: http://www.slate.com/id/2122919/

Is it just me or does this chart resemble the perfect square?

I'm desperately trying to figure out the LJ Objects, so on the off chance I've royally screwed this up, stop reading NOW if you don't want to read the spoiler ahead!

Went by Wind & Tide Bookstore today to pick up the book Sebastian told me to read and had a great conversation with regards to the new Potter book. When I did so, each of them looked shocked, started humming and began nodding.  So I was asked to "put it out there" to see how others respond so when we get back together on Friday for our "Post-Potter bookreview club" we can go over responses.

Via phone, YIM and LJ twelve folks have asked me about how the Harry Potter book ends.

I'm not saying in the LJ, but apparently, if you've heard the rumors and must know the truth - contact me via YIM or phone and I'll affirm or deny with no additional detail offered.

OR JUST READ THE LAST FEW CHAPTERS.
