trystinn | Bandit - health concerns

Bandit, our little dutchie found in the front yard, is not putting on weight. She's bloating a bit and has audible belly noises, but seems to be eating and pooping regularly and without strain. Bandit and Shadow are on approximately a 90% hay to 10% pellet diet and have fresh, clean water. She had some problems learning to use the water bottle and eating pellets, but has done well with Shadow's example.

Bandit's always been a bit floppy when being handled. Unlike most of our rabbits who have a tendency to tense up, Bandit goes limp. I've had extremely well handled rabbits that do this, and had possibly incorrectly attributed this to stress. She's always been incredibly easy to trance.

I've made a vet appointment for tomorrow to have her checked out.
