Early-week Edition Furkid Pics
Dec. 9th, 2008 09:23 amUpdate: Libby is through surgery and doing fine! We'll pick her up at 8am tomorrow. I'll likely be standing at the door when they open!
I'm in the doghouse since I returned from the vet without Libby. Both dogs are avoiding eye contact and I've been humphed at a few times. Life is woe without the Libby Kit. I'm not sure how we're going to make it until tomorrow morning, I'm going to assume there's a lot of photo taking in between then and now to make up for it. And groveling on my part.
I do want to add a little WTF tidbit. I'm a fairly distinctive looking woman, particularly in winter. I'm a full figured gal with long curly hair under a beret, parachute pants, black Army boots and either a black or dark blue pullover sweater. So yes, very much like an Irish Paratrooper. And yet, each time I go to the vet (which is pretty damn often, you gotta admit) I'm asked if I've been there before. Just *how* many Irish Paratroopers come there, I want to know. And should we be holding meetings?
On to the furkid fun:

Why yes, I am hogging your Flist page.

Date: 2008-12-09 07:08 pm (UTC)I do wonder about that front desk, more than ever and not just since the famous "Frasier and Thistle" incident.
Should anyone ask - the "uniform" is my basic "work around the rabbit rescue" outfit. Yeah, that's it!
