Tuesday Report

trystinnDrywall is up, taking roughly twice the time we estimated (pocketbook: ouch!). Tape and mud, I hope, will get started today. *fingers crossed* Poor doggies are spending another day locked outside in the 57F degree, sunny weather. Poor, poor doggies forced to enjoy and play in their own yard. I'm just cruel, I tell ya.
Decided to keep the dental appointment today, just to get out and away from the house. Cleaning went great, the doc and hygienist were very pleased with how clean they were. And I even managed to convince them to use a thinner layer of fluoride, since the whole "cold jelly on gums thing" is completely disgusting. And why do they make the taste so insanely strong? *shudder* I may need a filling on #12 in the future, so I'm to spend more time brushing it. And joy of joys, I get to keep my wisdom teeth! About the only residue left from the severe dental phobia I've had for the last twenty years is finding myself tensing up and being surprised since there was no provocation. Granted, having the Zen Master of Dentistry as your guy helps, too! It's nice to know that in this decade I've managed to get over at least one lasting scar from my childhood and adolescence!
