Likelihood is fairly minimal, his background is firmly in P3 and Prowler electronics (which are rather carrier-based), as well as non-collateral weaponry - which typically means he's right here at NAS Whidbey.
However, now that he's becoming an Air Speed/Six Sigma expert - it opens him up to more traveling, but not necessarily re-stationing.
Next year is formally the end of his shore-duty, which could mean a deployment to a boat. Without more boat duty, he's most likely not going to make Chief - which is our goal. So I want the boat duty for him, for his goals, but it will mean 6 mos or so without him.
Fortunately, our HPs & HP are pretty cooperative about sticking with us despite our military ties. Not too many covens would take a couple in our situation.
