Writing an Imbolc ritual while nursing a sinus cold is annoying as all Hell. I have absolutely no creativity whatsoever at the moment.

:0( I hope that you feel better soon! I wish that I was in your neck of the woods because it seems like the covens there are less....... I'm not sure of what word I am looking for, here. ;0)

When you figure it out, I bet things are going to get a lot more interesting for you!

Thanks, working on it. Me, I'm blaming this cold snap.

Does it have to be finished immediately? I assume you've got a bit of time, since we're still a couple of weeks out.

Times like that I'm glad we have a fairly big in-house library so I can peruse for ideas and inspiration.

Possibly look for something mine-able for ideas on the 'Net?

Immediately in the concept of having to have a draft to turn in, so we could do a discussion together.

At this point, everything we do is Trad-based, so all I can really do is hit both BTW Trad books for references.

I would love to see some of what you have written for your Imbolc ritual. Because I dont do anything with the Celtic pantheon its hard for me to take brigid themes or Celtic themes.

Do you work with Celtic gods?

I have been feeling lots of goddess and disir (female anscestral) energies. I really want to do a big disir blot instead of a brigid or imbolc ritual. I'd love to see what you are doing to get ideas

I'm rather specifically not working with either Brighid (by my HPs' request) or with Celtic Gods, as I'm trying to really concentrate on working with our Tradition's Goddess and God this year.

Personally, we'll be working the Dolores Ashcroft-Nowicki village tradition of creating a Tallow Maid. I'd be happy to send DAN's sabbat village craft traditions to you via email, if you'd like.
