Sitting at my computer . . .

I have Shadow on my lap, giving her a little extra snuggling to make sure she's handling Bandit's passing all right. Meanwhile, Fudgie tries to jump in my lap and notices its already filled. Mexican stand off between rabbit and cat ensues, as cat and rabbit narrow their eyes at each other. Fudge on the desk, Shadow on my lap. Me, fortunately, not quite in the middle.

Oy. I don't think I've managed to disappoint to creatures almost instantaneously by doing absolutely nothing before.

Could be wrong, though.

Interesting day downtown

Not only is there insane amounts of construction, very poorly marked, there's three cop cars parked across from our store. They were asking if anyone had any bats (baseball kind, not Mutual of Omaha kind). Seems there was some problem at the Old Towne Mall, my guess is the kitchen staff at Island Cafe.
