Being ordered to take it easy, I've had a better opportunity to supervise and witness the furkids in action. At this point, the house revolves around the kitten.

Libby at four months is still nursing roughly a dozen times a day. I'm incredibly impressed with Flash's patience, lemme tell you. Fortunately, she's decided its as much fun to nurse off his shoulder or side as his nipples. He still grooms her several times a day to the point where he's now getting hairballs. She's very much imprinted on the dogs, but still makes time for human affection. Usually at 3am. Oy.

Fudgie isn't quite warming to Libby, but he's not as reactive to her as he was a few months ago. Libby's sneak attacks are down, thankfully, which probably has much to do with it. I adore the fluting nosies she makes when approaching him. She's getting to the point where she can nap across the top of the chair while he's napping on its seat. Hopefully it won't be too much longer before he can stand her curled up next to him.

"Verbal-linguistic intelligence has to do with words, spoken or written. People with verbal-linguistic intelligence display a facility with words and languages. They are typically good at reading, writing, telling stories and memorizing words and dates. They tend to learn best by reading, taking notes, listening to lectures, and via discussion and debate. They are also frequently skilled at explaining, teaching and oration or persuasive speaking. Those with verbal-linguistic intelligence learn foreign languages very easily as they have high verbal memory and recall, and an ability to understand and manipulate syntax and structure.

Careers which suit those with this intelligence include writers, lawyers, philosophers, journalists, politicians and teachers." (Wikipedia)
