The Plot Thickens
May. 21st, 2010 11:52 amI called Ortho at 7am, only to be told they hadn't had a chance to look at my xrays and I should call back in an hour. I did so, only to be told they still hadn't and I should call back. *sigh* Another 1/2 hour later, I called back and was told they couldn't possibly fit me in and I should come in on Monday midday. *even bigger sigh*
Listen, I've tried being the nice polite Navy wife on this. But I'm not spending another 3 days with a dislocated toe. If I do so, it will have been a week since the dislocation. In the meanwhile, I've left a message for my regular doctor and contacted Tricare and left a negative review for Ortho. (Interesting note: their 'timely appointment" rating was only 34% so this appears to be an ongoing issue.)
Hubby is en route home to take me to the civilian ER.
So yes, more to come.
