WOW Rehearsals

Long rehearsals do something to the brain, I'm certain of it. Since Paula and I are the narrators, we bookend the choirs, dancers, musicians then sit back to enjoy the show. At some point in yesterday's 6 hour rehearsal Paula and I got a bit weird and started doing our worst "yuppy women interpretation of African dance" to the rhythm of the fabulous drummer attached to the choir. If you've been to a pagan festival or full gyno-weekend, you have a decent idea what we we looked like.
So the Director sees us doing this and cracks up. And in those massive karma response kind of moments, she changes out our characters from cool professional narrators to a sort of hammed up Greek choir. We are now supposed to think of multiple comedic physical elements we can add to some of the longer pieces during the show. A bit of comic relief to keep the audience entertained. The conference is the weekend of the 16th.
Yeah, we're screwed.
