What a sweetheart
I woke up this morning surrounded and buried in Flash's toys. Apparently, he'd gone outside exploring and didn't want me waking up without him.

I must assume he's out baying at imaginary cattle knowing him (aka our neighbor Patrick who thinks Flash sounds lonely so he howls back).
Plus, Flash has important rounds to do - supervising the rabbits and all that.

What a good boy, leaving behind toys for mommie to play with as he goes off to work!

Better Flash's toys than Gracie's saliva-moistened tennis balls! Somehow, in what surely is a miraculous event, Flash's basset hound mouth doesn't get his toys all sticky and gooey.
