Cutie Patootie Bunny Rescue: Meet the Shadow

Picked up this little sweetheart this afternoon, what a darling! She came with her own bed and litter box, and a few toys so she can feel comfortable. She's housebroken, friendly, sociable with dogs and just the tiniest bit skittish but still interested in pettins. We're planning on keeping her as a house rabbit and will make her available to adopt immediately.

Looks like a mini-rex & lionhead mix. Her mane is mostly in the back, so she's got a cute little mullet.



I'm tentatively trying to see if Bandit will bond to Shadow, goodness knows there's nothing better for two scared bunnies than each other. Wish us luck!

Update: Uhm, nope. Not going to work, Bandit is too bossy!

She's insanely cute, sadly Bandit is just too dominant to be a good bondmate to her so she's solo for now. We've got her up against the porch doors so she can visit with Nyx, Noir, Mufasa and Flopsy.

Sorry about the Easter joke with the retriever..
Here I'm worried about my chihuahua being outside at night (or during the day) because we have birds of prey out here that will swoop down and eat mice and rabbits at night- owls and hauks... He's not much bigger than a bunny at 3lbs.
