Bunhalla rises again!

Kevin & Kathy (Chicken & Mrs. Chicken) came to my rescue today. Kevin shoveled all the snow off the tarps, re-strung them and tightened everything. The rabbits are suitably unimpressed - Foxglove even disapproved of us while Nod ate snow and Blinken crouched on top of his shed.

Dear Gods, what would I do without them??!?!

Those are friends!!!

Also glad that you made it home safely. Should I take Valium before our drive to the wedding??

In May, I'm hoping there's no snow. However, it wouldn't be a bad idea.

When you drive north from Sea-Tac you'll get your first glimpse of the I-5, so you can make up your mind then. :)

I haven't been north of Sea-Tac yet. The last time I drove south from there was, oh . . . 1979 or so. I expect things have changed.

Oh yes! The Californians discovered Seattle and drove up the housing costs. The tech industry exploded and drove up the housing costs. People moved here to enjoy our hippy culture and drove up the housing costs.

Sadly, our voters and government have never been able to create a decent public transit system and what with no state income tax, our highways & bridges are overwhelmed with near constant traffic, far beyond expected lifespan and falling apart. Literally.

And then, there's earthquakes!

You get the drift. :)
