Rabbit updates - with insanely cute feets picy

Kodiak has been caught and is now living on the hutch out on the back porch. The neighbor kid, Tim, came by yesterday afternoon to tell us she was in his yard & between Alicia, Meghan and myself we managed to nab her. She's doing fine, though it looks like she's been gorging on fresh greens. Wowsa, what a belly! Kodiak was quite feral after being caught, but after a few hours jumping around the sofas and hanging out with the three of us, she snuggled down on Alicia for a purr and snooze.

Bandit continues to improve. She's filling out nicely and becoming more energetic. This, mind you, despite two baths. Poor thing. I'm still giving her the ProBios treats, even though they are essentially useless given the antibiotic. Mostly because she adores them and I know the minute she's done with the antibiotics she'll need the ProBios so I don't want her getting out of the habit of eating them.

The Bunboys have a bit of ugly trimming now. Meghan is going to continue to work on brushing them while I'm gone and with any luck, we can get them decent looking. If not, we've got a rabbit groomer who can give it a shot when I'm back on the Island in June.

Bandit's are a bit stained, especially as I allow her and Shadow in an outdoor pen to eat grass which does a number on them, too.

Okay, I missed it. When did Kodiak get out? Glad she was found though!

And by giving the probiotics her body is still getting some of the good stuff so hopefully she won't need as much rebuilding.

She got loose about a week after she was deposited in Bunhalla. We hadn't worried too much, as she was hanging about Bunhalla and the driveway so we knew exactly where she was. I feel infinitely better having her caged, though.
