Been updating most of the morning and afternoon, a few prices have been reduced (including Minoan) and additional commentary added.

Update: Due to an unfortunate (and stupid) formula mistake in Excel, some of the prices on the new incenses were tabulated too high. I've fixed those, so if you'd wanted an incense but it was too pricey, check again!
