Today's Tour of the Tryst Inn

Crazy busy day around here, most of which spent outside in the glorious 54F degree day.

Put the indoor bunnies, Shadow & Kodiak, out for a bit in their pen:





Went to pick up the doggies, fresh from the groomers, and spent about $100 buying herbs next door at the Lavender Wind Farm. Look at this lovely:

By then, the Zachs (joined by Anthony) had a good deal of work done. They mostly finished weed whacking the back and started working on the downed branches. After that, we chopped down a few dead saplings, began trimming the trees around the Driftwood Circle and even managed to move the willow altar slab into place so I can plane it at a later date. I had no idea I'd enjoy trimming trees so much. Learn something new about yourself everyday. And bonus points, the guys like me hanging out with them while they work because I tell funny stores and curse a lot. All yard trash, of course, ended up in the bonfire:

Not shown: Managed to clean out and organize both sheds. The Garden Shed is ready for 4 bales of hay I'm picking up this afternoon (yeah for cheap hay!) and I can at least begin finding things in the Workshop Shed. Neither are quite perfect, but both are at least tidy enough.

That's nine of eleven buns - its seriously difficult to get pictures of Kodiak, she's so quick!

I adore her little mock lionhead splash of red behind and between her ears that she got from her Grandpop Zen.

Trystn and Sadie's four are hard to get photos of lol. It got to the point that I'd take videos with the intention make screen shots.

She's adorable. I keep telling Trystn my bunny is cooler than his because mine has a mohawk, not a mullet :p I'm working on a blanket for her to fight with, as well as some bell tossy boxing things (for lack of better name?) to send her :D Does she have any other favourite activities?

She loves darting around the living room - she's just a huge runner. I keep thinking I'd like to get her some of those Funnels, tunnels for ferrets, etc. I see everywhere.

Gracie adores her haircuts, keeps her cool and loose. She's been prancing around like a puppy all afternoon, chasing balls for hours.

Not something she could easily do with a full coat of fur. Now, hopefully, my carpets will recover from continuously being doused with black fur.

Hope things are getting a bit easier for you this evening. Sorry to hear your day was a horrid. All zen hugs and love, Ruth, headed your way.
