Geesh. It was bound to happen with "F*cking Machines" websites extolling the virtues of it. Apparently they ignored the instructions to remove saw before attaching dildo. Given that the attachment is available at multiple websites makes this even more idiotic.

The only natural resource of which we seem to have an unlimited supply is stupidity.
I suspect that this couple was either so unsophisticated that they did not realize that the proper implement could be ordered from a catalog or online, or were too cheap to do so, or (most likely of the three, IMHO,) were simply too impatient to realize the hazard they were embracing.
