Update: Apple harvest

The crabapples are perfect, I've been feeding them daily to the rabbits who adore them.

Unfortunately, the Freeloaders (aka ducks) still show no sign of laying eggs. A few more days should do the trick.

Maybe you should gently hint to the ducks that the acidic-ness of the crab apples is a perfect flavor counterpart to the richness of roast duck?
