ah, potato-flake...yeah, we have had that around here a lot.

I much prefer hand done tatoes, but sometimes we are tired or time is an issue. I do my best to spiff up the taste with seasonings at least lol. But no matter what, box potatoes always taste a bit like paste to me.

This is one of those moments that truly explores the concept of intelligence. My husband is NOT dumb, he's just highly specialized. If you asked me to fix a jet's communication or targeting computers, describe in detail how satelite GPS works or the dynamics of how the applied physics of torque and gravity affect metal - you'd think I was a moron. But he can do it.

Me, I can make mashed potatoes. :D
