1. Tryst_Inn because that's what friends call my house, given my real name is Trista and I run my house like a B&B for pagan friends. There's almost always someone staying here each week. And if not, well then the staff (myself and hubby, Josh) or the furries (Tracker the basset hound, Gracie the border collie, Glory the geriatric deaf collie, Fudge the ULC ordained long-haired black cat or Amber & Jet the mini-lops) are here to amuse and entertain you.
2. "Wit, Wisdom & Wonder" because those are three things often used to describe me by friends. Usually it begins: "With your intelligence, I wonder how you get yourself into these messes!" or "Damn it, don't say something witty right now, I'm pissed off at you!"
3. "Ahh, the Island Life" because I live on Whidbey Island in the Puget Sound and it drives me to distraction as I both love and hate it, the residents and the wierdness that is life on the Rock.
4. "Wit, Wisdom & Wonder" because, darn it, that's how I'd describe my friends, too.
5. My default user pic changes constantly, apparently I have Userpic fidelity issues. Right now its a firefly because I read a really lovely poem about one that's stuck with me since I read it. That little poem has reminded me to read poetry, something I used to really enjoy, and so to thank that lightning bug muse, there she is.
And please, for the love of the Gods, do not ask me to post my own poetry. Those who cannot do, respect those who can. Honest.
