Could not sleep last night due to a burning, itching sensation in my knees. What the hell? I wasn't being active, just lying in bed trying to sleep!

Thankfully, Flash came in to curl up with my legs and the applied heat of his body seemed to cool whatever the hell this was right down.

What you are experiencing is a karmic balancing of dog and sleep energies. The entire dog//sleep system was out of whack because our border collie, Max, kept me up most of the night by emitting a brief, soprano howl approximately once every six and a half minutes. So it's nice to know that somewhere, somebody's dog was helping them sleep. :)

Seriously, that's weird, and I hope it's sorted itself out now.

Not really, they are sore to the touch and aching. Ugh. I realize I've been mostly prone the last few weeks while I recovered from the sinus infection but I really didn't do much yesterday - ran a few errands, walked around the farmers market and had dinner out with hubby.
