Has anyone seen or heard this before?

"Thou hast called and I am here
I now call my consort to appear.
Through flesh and bone and love divine
I call thee home--stand by my side
King Stag and Lover I summon thee
To fill my cup by land and sea
Green Man and Hunter, Blessed Sire
By wind and flame do I desire
My Lord and Love now joins with man."

The only site I could find with a google is this one, and yes, I've contacted the site owner to inquire.
