This afternoon we "broke" into the nest for cleaning purposes, as there was mold and assorted nasties built up in there. We've got two runts, but the rest seem quite active, healthy and noisy!
Progress Report: The babies are covered in a very fine fur, their eyes are not yet open but they are eating solid food already.

On the last picture, there's this great shot of a splayed hamster baby butt and tail. I have no idea why, but I find that insanely charming!
