Busy weekend
Sep. 25th, 2006 08:40 amMabon was overwhelming and wonderful, as it should be I suspect. Lots of harvesting going on, definately. For those wondering, a date has been set for both of us. *WEG*
Yesterday, Danielle and I renovated Josh's bathroom as a sort of pre-birthday surprise. Its been the original seafoam green, which I had offered to change since we moved in, but he kept insisting he didn't care. He woke up Sunday and mentioned he was getting tired of the green, so we dispatched him off to fix a friend's car and re-painted it in a gorgeous high gloss light blue, installed a new cabinet to show off his lighthouse and nautical collections, bought him new towels to match the decor, then hung a new matching shower curtain. Its gorgeous, if I do say so myself, and Danielle and I did a brilliant (if rushed) job.
He's thrilled. Which was the entire point.
