Oct. 20th, 2005 12:43 pmBack from the gym, did the Nautilus circuit plus another twenty minutes on the exercise bikes, could have gone longer but Melissa's knee was acting up so we called it and headed out. Damn, but there's some cute and yummy sailors (possibly a few Marines if I'm reading tats right) working out Thursday during lunch! Note to self: Thursday workout mandatory.
Feeling good, but glucose is very low so I'm munching on leftover chicken fried rice (protein & carbs).
Some things just taste better as leftovers:

garlic mashed potatoes

stuffing
working momma enchiladas
