We need more power, Captain!

After quite a few folks mentioned the power issue, we began running tests on the UPS module, as it was the easiest by far to test given that its external. We think the backup battery died, and so its not pulling enough power under normal operation. Plugging it into the opposite side of the UPS appears to be working, but testing is still underway. We're also going through a selection of surge protectors, etc.

So far, its booting each time the first time.
