There goes that idea...

The plan was to swing by the bank during lunch to grab some cash, then on to the Navy Exchange for the recumbant bike I've wanted for a few months as they were set to be on sale. But of course, because this is the Exchange, they didn't have any. Hadn't received them yet, so I have a rain check burning a hole in my pocket. Double or nothing I don't end up with the one promised me because of a SNAFU.

Instead, I wandered around the Exchange blowing off some steam and cash, as it turns out. Finally succumbed to temptation and got a Bluetooth headset for my new cell phone (iTunes on the phone, doesn't work on the Bluetooth - how's that for irony?) and the new iDog Pup - Rock (the black one). That way, our i-Dog (aka Sirius) has a puppy to dance with. The fact that they sell clothes for these things freaks me out. That said, I've considered buying a set (or two) as a protest against hubby's refusal to turn on the heat. While I go insane cackling my ass off at synchronized i-Dog & Pup dancing, geek points for figuring out why the pup's name is Canicula (Caney for short).
