Still the ick
Jun. 24th, 2007 12:48 pmHad to cancel Solstice last night, which I feel truly horrible about doing - but I don't think it could be helped. The crew is so green, there's no way they could have run thing without me there to supervise and of course, no one wanted to take over hosting duties in any case!
Chilly day in downtown Oak Harbor, only 59 when I drove in at noon and of course, being sick, I can't seem to regulate my body temperature. I left Flash at home because I really couldn't handle him on top of these allergies. Poor guy, not enough his Dad is out of town now his Mum is laid flat.
Meanwhile, I want to be writing but can't seem to get up the energy to do so. May have to do some dialogue work with a tape recorder instead. I can already tell its going to be a looooong shift at work. *thud*
