Little furry steps
Aug. 21st, 2008 07:04 amI'm up. Gah. I'm to report to court in Oak Harbor for Jury Selection in about an hour. I do not do mornings well. And, to mock me, its one of those lovely foggy rainy mornings that I love so well to spend in bed listening to the rain fall.
However, we had a little touch of sunshine in any case. Libby Mae and Flash touches noses this morning in the kitchen. I'm now bribing and thanking Fudgie for his patience with a small bowl of milk, since he's one of the few cats who is not lactose intolerant. He's now disapproving from my lap, poor guy.
Update: Freedom! I'm released until next week.

Update
Brunhilde is sick
Aug. 21st, 2008 05:06 pmYesterday while running errands, we dropped by our mechanic (he runs the local off leash parks) to replace a headlight bulb in preparation for the long drive to Granite Hills Sunday. While there, he ran it through a diagnostic check because he's been our mechanic for 4 years and knows me well. *WEG*
I have no idea what Paul did, but after a quick trip into town, I'm now glaring at the van out front and pacing the living room floor.
It smells like gas, so much so I'm feeling dizzy. And somehow, it went through almost a 1/4 tank of gas in 5 miles. And its shuddering.
What the hell did he do? It was supposed to be a simple bulb change!
