Saga of the new chicken coop

It is now March 1st. The coop was supposed to be done by yesterday, but the contractor still hasn't show up. Thank the Gods I refuse to pay ahead of time for this sort of thing.

At this point, I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I'm considering just calling in the Grangers to get things moving.
