Depends on the laws of the state, I think. I know that in Texas, you only have to have a Masters in Psychology to be a Clinical Psychologist. Most of the psychologists I worked with at Devereux (adolescent residential psychiatric facility) were Masters, although I think some of them may have had their PdD.
