Oh yeah, several times a year. Most notably this past winter in November. The Twins like to stand under the running water, Nod likes to hang out at the shallow end.
My recommendation: Fill the tub a few inches with water safe enough for your wrist, since their skin is very delicate. Slowly lower the bun in the water, wet your hand and pet your bun until they calm down. Treats help, too. Mine like to bop around in the water, stand under the faucet, etc.
Put a tiny bit of soap on your hand, wet it and give their nethers a quick cleaning. Check for clingons. Make sure no water gets down their ears, a friend of mine does pretty well with a cottonball but her buns are notoriously tolerant.
