Nostalgia moments: Childhood Games
Jun. 29th, 2007 11:39 amTell me your favorite game from childhood, and if you have it, last time you played.
My favorite game, oddly enough, was one I never actually played "Dragonmaster", couldn't find anyone who would play it with me given the anti-D&D sentiment of the neighborhood kids. Game play is very much like "Hearts", though with fewer cards. However, what I loved about it was the art (this icon is an example, more here)- very much set the stage for my interest in tarot decks. I don't know what happened to my set, though I recall my sister stealing all the crystals. I wrote many a story using the cards as inspiration, back in my tweens.
Managed to find it on Ebay this week and bought it, can't wait for it to arrive!
