Mornings on the Farm

The minute the porch door swings open and the dogs funnel out the dog door, I can hear the ducks shouting to be fed. It sounds like someone's bawdy older aunt, screeching in laughter "Wah-HA-Haaaaaa-Ha-Ha-Ha!" (try it, you'll see)

Makes me crack up everytime I hear it.

I let them out to forage for a few hours while the dogs nap. At this point, Doodle Bug isn't safe to leave out with them unsupervised.

They are chomping away happily, making little garbled sounds of satisfaction.
