Yoga Movement

I went to Vinyasa Yoga this evening and enjoyed it immensely. I'll be attending as many days a week as I can, it's releasing stress in exactly the way I need right now and going forward into graduate school. We're going to work a barter with eggs, which should bring prices down and make them more manageable.
My yoga instructor said I'm actually much more flexible than I had thought, but sees the work I need to do to improve my balance. I'm using supportive blocks and a band, at present since it's been so long. I was the only student tonight and so was able to have a wonderful interactive one on one with her. She's a specialist in bring folks back from injuries so I'm in the right place.
Right now my biggest problem seems to be all this flesh, it blocks me from deeper presses but that will improve with time in the discipline.
At this point, I'd really like to make this a daily practice if she'll let me. And certainly, if you are local and want to attend a class, please ask me to take you - first class is free.
