Windbey Island - Picy goodness

Quite the blow last night, with pounding rain and a half a dozen power outages. All of the pens and sheds weathered through just fine, none of the falling branches damaged anything. According to weather sources, it was worse than expected. Well expected by them, I suppose. Anyone with a drop of weather sense knew it was gonna be an exciting night. My knees, elbows and sinuses were killing me yesterday and the animals were upset.

Aren't those feathered feets just the biggest hoot? They drive me crazy with giggles. I'm trying to get a picture of them high stepping over their feathers, it will make you smile for days.

the wind stole my recyeling bins. I put the out this morning, and when I went to get them at about noon, they were gone. Not even down the street, totally gone. I called forest city it appears they were getting a lot of these call. They will be replacing all the bins soon anyhow, so at least we don't have to pay for new ones.

My joints and sinuses were going crazy yesterday as well, but I also seem to have caught Stephen's cold on top of all that.
