I have no issues going to the gym, I have no issues going to the gym to meet my husband.

But must we call it "working out together"? Because, really, we're rarely in the same room at the same time, and when we are, we're invariably nowhere near each other and barely speak until we hit the car for the ride home.

But yeah, 1/2 hour on the recumbent bike (or whatever they are called) and a double trip through the Nautilus workout machines, doubling up the reps on a few of them each go around, for a nice grand total of 4 reps per most of the machines. There's a few that are just too painful to do more than once and dang, it'd be nice if the machine designers would realize that women (shockers) have breasts. I'm not sure what I'm asking for here, possibly breasts holes to feed them through?

I's going to be achy tomorrow.

My niece, who has rowed crew for 6 years now, is a 40HH. Please tell me how she rows, because I surely can't figure it out. Oh yes, when they're not rowing, they run (because half of what you do while rowing involves your legs). Bounce bounce OUCH!

On the other hand, when was the last time you saw a female body builder who actually *had* boobs?

Oh my Gods...your poor neice!

All the breasts I've seen on female body builders were made of silicone. Not a home-grown in the lot!

And nasty looking to boot. Ewww to hard little cupcakes planted on top of ripped muscle. EWWWWWWWW!!!!

Got the cd's yesterday. Tune Goodness, and yes indeed, a bit of overlap. *g* Troika's Goddess cd is generally what we use in circle (J's choice).

Overlap, sadly, was probably inevitable!

Hopefully, there's a lot of really fun stuff on there you hadn't yet explored. Especially, Arabic Groove and French Cafe, Dar Williams, etc.

Oh, lots and lots of stuff I don't have, and a few that I don't have enough of (like Dar Williams and Ani DeFranco). I'm pretty stoked about listening to all of this. At least one of those cd's will be our soundtrack for a little arts'n'crafts Saturday afternoon fun.

Funny that you included "Brick House." That's my theme song!

I call that my Theme music - stuff I listen to while working out or cleaning the house! Even the Disney stuff from Lilo & Stitch is good fun - I've always found that well produced music with a good beat, no matter who sings it or what genre, is almost always a pleasure!

I'm in the process of ordering a DVD burner - so once I do, I can send you single CDs instead. Still have all those Sixties music, etc.
