trystinnFor good or bad, returned to the gym today. 1/2 hour on the bike, another 34 minutes on the LifeFitness machines. Did ten sets of 12 on a few of them, but only a single set on anything involving pressing on my right foot. Yep, the foot aches, but it feels good to have gotten back to the gym.
Going to try water aerobics tomorrow, see if that works better. Not giving up on the gym, per se. Just time to try a few other things while the foot is healing, too. Besides, its hysterically funny to have one's chest checked out by the old guys. Been awhile since the "twins" were on display in a bathing suit, hope Danielle thinks it's as funny as I do!

On other news, poor Josh was stuck witnessing random drug testing a'la Ye Old Yellow Stream. An afternoon's worth of "dick-watching", as he calls it. Poor guy. Pesto pizza will be ready for him.
