I'll help mod if you need it. I'm an avid bread baker, and I'm glad you created this comm because bakery is SO not doing it for me.

Now, I gotta ask, do quickbreads count?

Certainly - I make a beer batter bread that I'd recommend to anyone and definately fits the bill.

Excellent. I have nearly as many quickbreads as I do proper yeast-breads. I'm all about the carbs, ya see?
