Well the March Hare is at it again!

Okay, we're in our beautiful new home...many friends and our coven showed up to help us move and unpack, one gal even stayed for four days (left this evening) to help me get the place all homey. I cannot begin to thank everyone who pitched in and helped!

I'm still exhausted and barely beginning to realize that this is our HOME! The doggies have settled in wonderfully, can't wait for our home visit from the Basset Rescue to see if we can adopt another drooler! Tracker and Gracie love the yard and once our fence guy finishes the front fencing (he apparently doesn't work when its raining - go figure) and the dog door is installed, I'm really looking forward to letting them go inside and out at their leisure.

Our Craft room is beautiful, and though I've still some work to do, I cannot imagine a more wonderful place for the hubby and I to practice our Craft together. Its a homey, inviting and comfortable place to meditate, read (FOUR tall bookshelve units filled with great books) , altar cabinet and loads of supplies. I had to move the herbs out to my home office (I took over the dining room), but otherwise, its all in one handy and organized room.

Today I took a break from moving in to go to a Diabetes Seminar at the base. The class is taught by a LtCDR who is a fabulous RN. He handled the class wonderfully and really helped connect the dots. I've been keeping within the goals set by my doctor and I, though running a tad close to my high level. The Zocor, Glucophage and eating plan seem to be doing great. And I'm almost over dreading my twice daily pin pricks. Hate to whine about them, and starting to have a better mindset about insullin, should I ever need it.

Well, folks, midnight and my carriage draws near....
