These were taken on my morning walk, roughly 10:30am. I want to note that it was not raining or misting, just damp fog in the fifties (F), so I was wearing a lined denim jacket.
You can see why I consider this place the Ireland of Americas.
Sigh. Hopefully there will be a job advertised in the Pacific Northwest that I can apply to and get hired. I use to live at Fort Lewis. The area was gorgeous.
Lemme guess ... looking West might have meant we would actually see your house, and be able to drop in unannounced (assuming we could ever find the place on the island). NOW I see how you operate ... get us all jealous and leave us slathering on our keyboards ... mmhmm ...
::packing bags for BunnyHalla:: ... move over, critters, here we come!
Dear Gods, aren't you all tired of looking at pictures of my house. Oh well, if I must.

In winter, to get us all thinking chilly thoughts.
It was actually a bit of a vantage point issue given my house is slightly uphilll from the road, the fog in the trees behind my house wasn't visible from the front, so I walked down to the crossroads two houses down and took pictures of the fog from that vantage point.
The heat has finally broke here it seems. Mid to upper 90's so it's still hot, but not like it was. Humidity is, for now, under control and there are several chances of rain!
