The Tryst Inn dogs

There's a Basset Hound at the local WAIF shelter, so hubby is heading over to see what she's like. For anyone interested, the link is: http://waifanimals.org/dogs_display.asp?id=1542

She's on hold, pending spay and folks who may want to adopt her. We'll check back later this week to see how things went.

Open on Sundays, closed Monday and Tuesday. Odd schedule, but one you see often here on the Island as most businesses are closed on Mondays. I tend to think its a tourist thing. :)

There's a male beagle at our shelter right now that...haunts me. He came in as a stray, but he's pretty chunky, so he had to have belonged to someone. IF he's still there after all the holiday wackiness (including my mother being here for +/- ten days with HER two beagles, I may agitate more seriously for taking him home.
