Might be an interesting book - The Orgasm Diet.

A few of the basics:

Protein 30% of your diet to increase free testosterone, with additional zinc and magnesium. Mushrooms, spinach, meat, nuts, etc. Increase Dopamine - High Omega 3 Fatty Acids (fish oil - 700mg), salmon & a small amount of Dark Chocolate every day. Decrease Serotonin to moderate level (stay away from starches).

And, I'd assume, some pineapple juice, in case your partner likes to give you oral...?!?

I have absolutely no idea. I can certainly sign off on the no beer or steak before oral rule.

The whole idea just seemed kinda odd.

it sounds like a diet that is intended to at least make you feel more pleasure if not actually orgasm. Most of it sounds in general rather healthy, but I'm not a HUGE mushroom fan, though I find that I like portobello the best, but Jeramy had a horrible reactions to mushrooms once and it's not clear if it was a fluke or not, so I tend not to cook with mushrooms much. I do like the regular ones you find in american markets (i dunno what those are called) I like them raw for dipping, or suateed in butter.

I assume you mean the white ones? They're commonly called, well, common mushrooms. Though they also get called things like white mushrooms, button mushrooms, white button mushrooms...

Incidentally, they are the same species as portobellos and crimini - just different varietals.

Mushrooms are weird.

huh, yes, the basic white button mushrooms are what I am talking about. I didn't know porobello was the same species. It amuses me to no end that it tastes like eating a piece of steak.

I am a bit embarrassed to admit that i thought the japanese mushrooms enokitake, were called button mushrooms lol.
