Realizing this is an artificial anniversary of celebrating Civil Rights via Martin Luther King...

Why is everyone I speak to today bored out of their collective wits?

Both dogs got their baths today, later on we're scheduling a trip to the market.

For this, they marched on Washington?

INGREDIENTS:
2 1/4 cups water
2 ounces firm tofu, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
1 tablespoon light miso paste
2 teaspoons barley miso paste
1/2 cup fresh spinach, washed and chopped
1 green onion, thinly sliced

DIRECTIONS:
In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Ladle out about 1/2 cup of the boiling water, and reserve. Add tofu. Reduce the heat to medium, cover, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add spinach or bok choy; simmer about 1 to 2 minutes, or until the greens are tender. Remove soup from heat.
Blend white miso and barley miso into reserved hot water. Stir into soup. Ladle into bowls, and garnish with scallion. Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS:

4 cups dashi soup stock
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 eggs
1/3 cups boiled snow peas
1/4 cups thinly sliced onion
PREPARATION:

Put the soup stock in a pan and bring to a boil. Add onion slice in the pan and simmer for a few minutes on low heat. Add soy sauce and salt in the pan and bring to a boil. Beat eggs in a bowl and pour into the soup slowly so that the eggs will cooked thinly. Stop the heat and add boiled snow peas..
